“Die Kaffeemeister” is an office coffee service franchise company founded in 2020, which emerged from Soennecken eG. A valid, promising business model with the best fully automatic coffee machines, selected beans and recipes as well as an all-round service for coffee enjoyment at gastronomy level in the office.
When founding the franchise system, “Die Kaffeemeister” were looking for a system that could distribute information to the franchise partners as quickly and easily as possible, because one of the most important success factors for a successfully operating franchise system is detailed and always up-to-date know-how documentation for the uniform implementation of the franchise concept.
The aim was not only to keep existing franchise partners informed and up to date in the best possible way, but also to get new interested parties and applicants on board. Ideally, everything should be handled via one platform: From the franchise application process in onboarding to the training and further qualification of partners to the real-time exchange of best practice experiences. Communication, information, qualification and e-learning – all in one system.
For this purpose, all content should be available in a mobile app and, above all, look good, because the aim was not only to inform new franchise partners, but also to inspire them! “Die Kaffeemeister” Campus should be intuitive to use and engaging with the content should be fun.
